Company The company was founded by June Mc Groary, who is the principal member and owner of the business, has been in the computer business since the 1980s. Her experienced has been with corporate to small-medium sized businesses.
She is a QuickBooks Advisor and has a Masters in Education from NYU, and extensive Microsoft and networking certifications: MCT; MCSE; MCSA; A+; Network; Microsoft User Specialist.
June has extensive experience in using Intuit products and is a member of the QuickBooks Advisor program.
She started this business, because so many business owners were frustrated in not having enough time invoicing their customers, paying their bills and trying to manage and grow their business at the same time. On top of all this, they had to learn accounting software programs, such as QuickBooks, because their Accountants wanted this format to do their taxes. So they signed up for a class to learn how to use accounting software such as QuickBooks. They would express their frustration in her class in not getting the proper training needed to setup their books for their business. Instead of their learning about how to setup their books for their company, they learned about setting up books for a fictional company, XYZ Company. After the class, they expressed their concern in not having enough time trying to keep track of their business transactions while also growing their business. She developed this company, because she has experienced in bookkeeping as well as training. She can help the small business owner service their customers and grow their business and not worry about the daily chores of keeping track of their business transactions..
Mission Statement The company's mission is to provide small business owners with accurate and detailed bookkeeping records. In addition, the company's objective is to provide the customer with an overall understanding of financial reporting such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements. The company also wants to assist the customer with ongoing coaching to develop their understanding of their business finances. |
